Every hardware repair is backed by a comprehensive **1-year return-to-base warranty**, ensuring your equipment remains in peak condition long after its service is finalised.
Tracked Shipping
Pre-Paid Labels
We provide the shipping for all UK-wide repairs. A pre-paid Royal Mail tracked label is sent via email immediately after checkout.
Fully Tracked
The service is fully tracked from the moment you drop it at the Post Office, providing end-to-end visibility and peace of mind.
Safe Return
Once repaired, your device is returned via Royal Mail Tracked delivery, ensuring it reaches you safely and promptly.
Warranty Terms
Standard hardware repairs come with a comprehensive 12-month Return To Base warranty. This covers the specific fault repaired and the parts utilised during the process. If a device is found to be beyond viable repair after a full internal diagnostic, we charge a small £15 fee to cover the technician's time.
In the unlikely event an item is lost in transit while being returned to you via our tracked service, Atlantis will provide an equivalent used item or a cash equivalent based on current market value. Please note that data backup is the customer's responsibility prior to shipment.

Q&A
Is the shipping really pre-paid?
Yes. For all UK-wide postal repairs, the cost of tracked shipping is included in our service. You will receive a pre-paid label via email to utilise at any UK Post Office.
What does "Return To Base" mean?
RTB means that if a warranty issue occurs, the device must be returned to our Canterbury workshop for inspection. We then return the fixed device to you free of charge.
Are shipping costs refundable?
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued for a repair, the cost of the tracked shipping service provided by the workshop may be deducted from the total.
