We include free 48 hour postage, the repair time will depend on availability of parts, expect around 7 days
When you place an order, you will be given an option to create an account
Please email or call us, and we can take care of this for you
We use Royal Mail tracked services, you should receive an email from them with tracking info, or contact us, and we will email this to you
You Card payment is taken by a 3rd party, such as Stripe or PayPal, we do not record this information.
Vat is included in the listed prices
We only offer our services in the UK
If you send more then one item, it may be we send these back separately

Warranty & Returns Policy
Repairs and Warranty Coverage
At Atlantis, we stand behind the quality of our repairs. All new parts installed during a repair come with a 1-year warranty from the date of service.
What’s Covered:
Faults or failures due to defective parts or installation by Atlantis.
User damage, such as accidental drops, liquid spills, or intentional damage (e.g., if a replaced screen is cracked or smashed by impact).
Damage caused by third-party repairs or unauthorized tampering.
Issues unrelated to the original repair.
This is not common, but if there has been a mix up, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will resolve this for you
If your item has been damaged in transit, we will send you a return label, and resolve the issue
You will be sent a postal label, with all the information, this can then be sent via Royal Mail
There are 3 ways, in store, by phone and email
Please contact us straight away, if your item been sent to the wrong address, we can not be held liable for lost goods
Yes you can cancel your order and receive a full refund, however if the repair is complete, this will not be possible
