Tracked Delivery

1. Free Label

Receive a pre-paid Royal Mail tracked label via email immediately after checkout. Simply print it out or utilise the QR code provided.

2. Safe Shipping

Drop your securely packed device at any UK Post Office. You will receive a receipt with your tracking number for end-to-end visibility.

3. Fast Return

Repaired in our workshop and returned via tracked delivery, usually within 3-5 working days of arrival at our facility.

Process & Protection

To ensure your device is protected during transit, we recommend using a sturdy box with ample internal cushioning. Avoid using envelopes for electronics, as these provide minimal structural support. We prioritise the safe handling of your equipment from the moment it enters the Royal Mail network.

Once your hardware arrives at our **Canterbury workshop**, it is logged into our system and undergoes a full internal diagnostic. You will be updated throughout the process until your hardware is finalised and prepared for its tracked return journey.
