Shipping

Your shipping will depend on which service you have chosen, if your using our walk-in service, shipping will not apply. If you have chosen for us to arrange collection a member of staff will contact you to arrange a convenient date t collect your item. Repairs are returned through various courier and postal companies, the time this takes will be dependent on the repair required, but you will be notified of this. If an item becomes lost in transit,  we will replace with an equivalent used item, or to the cash equivalent, no compensation will be provided for lost data, data is the responsibility of the customer to back up.

Returns

To return your product under warranty, you should send us your repair to: 155 Wincheap, Canterbury, Kent CT1 3SE. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your repaired product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  Our refund policy is dependent on the repair requested and will range between 30 days to 1 year . Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your fault must be consistent to the original fault. We do not accept products that have a different fault from the original repair.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within7 days.
