Process & Protection
When you hand over your laptop at our Canterbury shop, you are trusting us with your data and your hardware. We take this seriously. If a laptop is submitted for Water Damage Recovery (£130), we immediately strip it down and clean all major components to minimise corrosion.
If we find more major components have become irreversibly damaged, we will always call and advise you of any additional cost before proceeding. If despite our best efforts your laptop is uneconomical to repair, there is only a £15 inspection fee payable. Honesty is our first priority.

Liquid damage does not always need to be the end of your laptop's life. We immediately strip down the laptop and clean all major components to minimise corrosion, replacing damaged board SMD components. In most cases we can achieve a fully working laptop for just £130.
How much is a motherboard repair if it fails?
We offer a set price of £150 for a successful laptop mainboard repair. If the board is inspected and found to be beyond viable repair, there is only a £15 inspection fee payable.
