When you request a health check of your Apple or Windows based computer, we perform a number of checks on your machine, to help give you a better understanding of these we have produced a helpful guide below

Microscope Hardware Scan

We will run a Microscope check on the internal workings of your machine, ensuring they are running as they should be, this includes test on your hard drive, ram, cpu and other internal hardware

Virus Scan

Using the most up to date virus definitions available, helping to your computer free from threats, we will also provide a free antivirus, if one is not already installed, this will help keep your machine running virus free.

Adware Spyware Removal

Using malwarebytes and others, we scan and remove threats, we will also remove malware threats for the next 30days for free, keeping you laptop performance at its best, you will also now find you have malwarebytes installed on your computer or laptop this can be ran any time you feel your system has an issue ,you should run this on a regular basis, if you are using Windows you will also find that you now have Microsoft defender , this will run in the background constantly checking for spyware, and virus threats, and to protect your passwords you can now use google chrome

Registry Cleaned

Your computer or Laptop registry has now been cleaned of non essential content, this will often solve speed and other problems

I recently had a holiday emergency whilst visiting Whitstable, my wife spilt wine on our laptop, resulting in a complete malfunction! I was relieved to say the least and extremely happy with the excellent level of service and explanation along the way. Great value for money, extra fast service cannot fault at all, took my laptop there as no where else could do anything with it as it was running so slow, they told me about 3 working days but the next day I had a phone message to say it was all done and fixed ready to be picked up, and £30 cheaper than the others that could fix it was going to charge.
